#day 12

today i tried to incorporate all the things i said i’d put into my daily routine into my work out and ended up with this. not the most, but it’s a start.

> 40 sit ups
> 20 russian twists
> 30 seconds sitting on an invisible chair
> 15 mountain climber (3 reps)
> 10 squats (3 reps)

just need to remember, baby steps
